Vinyl Sound makes every attempt possible to ensure all our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We understand that Hi-Fidelity Audio is an investment and we will do whatever we can to assist.


RETURNS/EXCHANGES

All Returns/Exchanges are subject to a 15% Re-Stocking Fee! (Unless Defective)

NOTE: Vinyl Sound Must Pre-Authorize All Returns or Exchanges.


All Below Details Must Be Met and Provided:

  • Order Number
  • First and Last Name of Purchaser
  • Name of Product Your Returning
  • Return/Exchange Authorization Number
  • In-Store Purchases Must Be Returned/Exchanged In-Store!
  • All Returns/Exchanges Must Be Pre-Authorized over the phone
  • Return Shipping is the responsibility of the customer (Shipping Cost and Insurance)
  • Shipping Fee’s encountered by Vinyl Sound will be deducted from your Refund
  • Return Shipping is customer responsibility

NOTE: Item Must Be Returned/Exchanged within 10 Business Days of Receipt. Original Receipt and Proof of Purchase Required. Items must be in Brand New/Unopened Condition or they will not be eligible for Return.

NOTE: All Pre-Authorized Returns or Exchanges will be provided with a Vinyl Sound Authorization Number. Failure to provide the Vinyl Sound Return/Exchange Authorization Number will result in a refusal and product will be returned back to sender.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

All defective items will be replaced or repaired under the Manufacturer’s Warranty. Proof of purchase is required. Vinyl Sound will assist where applicable.

WEBSITE ACCURACY 

Vinyl Sound reserves every right to cancel and refund a customer order that was published on our online website, in error, with an incorrect price.
