Hurricane Constant-Current (Source) is AudioQuest's AC power cable optimized for constant-current source components, stepping up from the Tornado Constant-Current (Source) with a 100% Perfect-Surface Silver (PSS) RF drain in place of Tornado's 6% silver drain. It complements the Hurricane High (Variable) Current cable built for demanding or variable-draw amplifiers. It uses solid Perfect-Surface Copper+ (PSC+) conductors, ZERO-Tech for uncompressed current transfer, and RF/ND-Tech to cancel induced RF noise, topped with AudioQuest's patented 72v Dielectric-Bias System (DBS) for further RF noise reduction.
