Excite SX RCA Interconnects use two parallel 5th-Generation Tricon Silver Matrix geometries, plus two hand-made Air String geometries of pure 6N silver conductors in an air dielectric (XLR uses four Air String geometries for a genuinely balanced design). It's treated with the same High-Frequency Long Duration Conditioning Process developed for Synergistic Research's flagship SRX cable loom and Purple Fuses, and uses Carbon Fibre UEF Tuning Discs at strategic points on the shield and inside the connectors. Its shield can be grounded to an optional SR Ground Block or Active Ground Block for a further reduction in noise floor. It ships standard with a Galileo SX Gold UEF Tuning Bullet. XLR uses double the Tricon and Air String geometries of RCA (4 vs. 2 Tricon, 8 vs. 4 Air String conductors) for a genuinely balanced design, not just a connector swap.
