Is this the same as the Foundation XL REL Spec Subwoofer Cable?
No. This is the standard RCA/XLR subwoofer cable for connecting a preamp's subwoofer output to a standard subwoofer input. Synergistic Research also makes a Foundation XL REL Spec Subwoofer Cable built specifically for REL subwoofers' proprietary Speakon connection, sold separately.

What's the difference between RCA and XLR versions?
RCA uses 4x Silver Air String conductors; XLR uses 6x Silver Air String conductors, terminated with Neutrik XLR connectors. Choose whichever matches your preamp's subwoofer output.
