It uses a new UEF compound in its Matrix Shielding, lowering the noise floor while reducing the shield's restraint on signal transmission, along with an extended-duration high-voltage conditioning process. It comes standard with Synergistic Research's silver SR20 RCA or XLR connectors — the company's flagship connector, using high-purity, high-conductivity, low-mass silver and a Teflon dielectric.
