The Grado Statement4 is a low-output moving iron phono cartridge from the Lineage Series, designed for use with high-gain phono stages. Key Features
The Statement4 features a nude Shibata diamond mounted to a machined boron cantilever for exceptional groove contact, resolution, speed, and stability across the frequency range. It is housed in a Brazilian Ebony wood body, refined to reduce mass and improve tonearm compatibility while controlling resonance and shaping tonal balance. Like all Grado cartridges it uses Joseph Grado's flux-bridger moving iron principle, with an internal signal path of ultra-high-purity 7N OCC copper. Cryogenic treatment is applied during both component preparation and final assembly, and the internal structure is carefully damped to reduce resonance.
