The Tranquility Base Carbon is the first full redesign of Synergistic Research's Tranquility Base platform in over a decade. Its chassis is machined from a solid billet of aircraft aluminum, making it 50% slimmer and 80% more rigid than the prior generation, with a carbon fibre top selected for its response to mechanical and airborne vibration. It uses EM Cell technology transferred directly from the Galileo SX PowerCell and UEF technology from the SRX cable loom.
