How to Voice Your Cable Loom

Allow your cable loom to settle for at least 72 hours without tuning circuits attached before voicing each cable separately. Start as high up the signal chain as possible and work down: begin with speaker cables using a Silver circuit, then compare Gold to Silver on interconnects, then compare Gold to Silver on power cords, one component at a time. Most systems settle on one predominant color, Gold or Silver, with a few components performing best with the opposite option — this gives you a bespoke voicing balance for your specific system. If your speakers or components change later, you can reassess your tuning module choices without reconsidering your entire cable loom.
